Rule 5
Non-Life Insurance Business
(1) Under the non-life insurance business, insurers can carry out the following insurance business:-
(a) Fire Insurance.
(b) Motor insurance.
(c) Marine Insurance.
(d) Engineering and Contractor Risk Insurance.
(e) Air Insurance.
(f) Miscellaneous Insurance (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the committee may prescribe other types of non-life insurance business as required.
(3) The conditions and features of the non-life insurance articles made in accordance with this rule shall be as prescribed by the committee.
